مشكلة في الصور

    عندنا ملفات في الشركة ونحتاجها موجوده في حسابنا في jotform ولكن كل مانفتح رابط لأي صورة يطلع لنا الجملة هذه

    ونحتاج الصور ومهمه لنا ايش المشكلة ؟.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Arabic Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Arabic, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I am sorry that this is happening when downloading your image file. This error only shows when accessing the form without logging in. By default, form owners should be logged in before accessing the submission.

    If you don't want this to, happen, I suggest you go to the security settings of your account and make sure the Require log-in to view upload files and Require log-in to see submissions are both unchecked. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the My Forms page.
    2. Hover on your avatar and click on Settings.
    3. In the list that appears hover your mouse to Privacy and confirm that Require log-in to save submissions and Require log-in to view uploaded files are both unchecked.

    Also, please note that doing this workaround will also allow other users who have the link will be able to access this.
