    لااجد فيديو يشرح كيف اضافة فريق مستخدمين معي ؟؟

    هل من الشروط ان اشترك بالبرنامج حتى يتيح لي اضافه مستخدمين معي؟؟

    Now, let me help you with your question. Our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. So, only one login session can exist at a time. Additionally, sharing login information or credentials, or allowing anyone else to use them to access the Platform, violates our Terms of Use.

    In case you need to have multiple users accessing the same account, I suggest you take a look at our Enterprise Solution via this link. You can also consider the Form Collaboration within the Form Builder, it’s a real-time, seamless experience where multiple team members can simultaneously work on the same form. You might also want to check out this guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.

    الى الان لم اعرف كيف يمكن

    ان اضع معي من10 الى 20 شخص بالشركة هم موظفين معي للدخول ورؤية الاستجابات للاستمارة ؟؟

    Thanks for getting back to us. Please know that sharing your log in credentials is a violation of our Terms of Use. If you want to add a sub-user, you will have to upgrade to the Enterprise plan. If you are interested, please fill our the Enterprise Sales Team Contact form.

    If you don't want to upgrade to the Enterprise plan and would like your employees to view the submissions made in your form, you can share your Jotform Tables with them and assign them as a Collaborator to give them access to view and edit the submission data.

    كيف يمكن يقوم موظفوك بعرض الواجبات المرسلة التي تم إجراؤها في النموذج الخاص بك، فيمكنك مشاركة جداول Jotform معهم وتعيينهم كمتعاونين لمنحهم حق الوصول لعرض بيانات الإرسال وتحريرها؟

    Thanks for getting back to us. I've included a link on how you can share your Jotform Tables with your employees so they can view and edit your submission data in my reply. In case you can't view it, let me show you how to share the Jotform Tables:

    1. Go to your Jotform Tables by clicking the Form Builder menu beside the Jotform logo.

    Don't forget to change the role to Collaborator so they can view and edit the submission.
