استرجاع حسابي

اريد حذف كل النماذج التي على الحساب واسترجاع حسابي من جديد لم اكن اعلم بسياسة الموقع ولم تكن لي اي نية في ارتكاب مخالفة لسياسة النشر

Thanks for getting back to us. I have successfully deleted the forms, and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now and create forms that are within our Terms of Use.
