Prefill the form before sending it to the users

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Arabic Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Now, let me help you with your question. Did you mean you want to prefill the form before sending it to your respondents? If so, let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Click on Prefill on the left side of the page.
3. Select Manual Prefill.

After the above step, you can start creating the prefill and prepopulate the fields that you need to fill out. Once the prefill URL is created, you can either send an email invitation or copy the link and share it externally. You can also set the prefilled fields to be editable by the respondent or give read-only access. Here's a screencast showing the process:

شكرا للرجوع الينا مرة أخرى. يمكنك استخدام ميزة التعبئة المسبق عن طريق الجداول. دعني اشرح لك كيفة عمل ذلك:

١. في صفحة انشاء النموذج، قم بالضغط علي نشر في الشريط البرتقالي اعلي الصفحة.
٢. قم باختيار التعبئة المسبقة من القائمة علي الجهة اليسرى.
٣. قم بالضغط علي خيار الملء المسبق من الجداول.

في الصفحة التالية، سوف نقوم بتحديد الجدول المستخدم والبيانات المراد ملئها مسبقًا:

١- قم بتحديد جدول البيانات الذي يحتوي علي الادخالات السابقة.
٢- قم بتحديد علامة التبويب الخاصة في الجدول (اذا كان هناك اكثر من علامة تبويب في جدول الاستجابات).
٣- قم بتحديد حقول الجدول وما يقابلها في النموذج لاتمام عملية الملئ المسبق، ثم قم بالضغط علي حفظ التغيرات.

بعد ذلك، يمكنك انشاء تعبئة جديدة والبدء في ارسال الرابط الي الاخرين:

يمكنك ارسال دعوه الي الاشخاص لاستخدام رابط الملئ المسبق، او نسخ الرابط ونشرة:
