    For more than 24 hours, the jotfrom website has not been working for me. I can find out why

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I've checked your account and I can see that the form is suspended due to being suspected of phishing form. The form is asking for ID and Password. Please note is it in violation of our Terms of Use to collect any types of Password and Ids. We can activate the account if you give us permission to remove the guilty fields from the form. 

    Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.

    Hi there,

    I have removed your form since it only had two fields one was for ID and other one was for passowrd. You should be able to log in your account and use it.
