What happens to the money on the Stripe account

in accordance with Section 5.6 of the Service Terms for Stripe Payments.

Jotform is an online plaform that allows users to create and use online forms. Are you referring to  payments you have received on Stripe? If so, please reach out to Stripe as we do not have direct access to payments that are already sent to Stripe .
