We changed our price plan and now most of our submissions have disappeared.
Please advise.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
It seems when your premium bi-yearly subscription was cancelled, your submissions were deleted as free account can only store a max of 500 submissions.
I have gone ahead and restored the submissions back to your account. Please take a look at your account and see if you are able to view all your submissions.
