Hello paulwick,
I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. You should not have any trouble accessing your form.
What error message you are getting? Did you try to share any screenshot with us? I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the issue and we will take a look. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to upload image in forum post: http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033
We will wait for your response.
Thank you!

Hello Paul,
The URL which you are using does not seems to be correct. The correct form edit URL should be: https://www.jotform.com/v4/43162063535954
URL to access your form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43162063535954
Thank you!

Thanks

When you say "edit tab", are you referring to the Edit Form button that appears on your My Forms page when you click on a form?
If yes, I have just checked this functionality, and it seems to be working as expected here. please see the following screen recording:
As it seems to be working fine here on multiple accounts and tests, it might be a browser related issue.
Could you please try using a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, and see whether the issue still appears? Additionally, please try using your browser in Private or Incognito mode.
Please let us know. Thank you.

Thanks the google chrome appears to work fine.
Why has my explorer stopped working? Would this be a setting from my end?

Hello,
Do you have extensions installed on your browser? This can affect how your browser works or would handle pages through your browser. If this is the case, you can try disabling these extensions and see if this would fix the issue.
Thanks.
