ktForms15Asked on November 18, 2016 at 1:01 PMI'm in the same situation as Hippodaddy and I don't want to know the encryption key to safeguard myself from any troubles down the line. My employment application requests the ssn. So I can't have access to that kind of information, only my client can. How can I give them 100% access with an encryption key and 0% access to myself?

Please try the following method:
1. Add your client as your sub-account user: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User. Make sure to allow edit permission.
2. Ask your client to enable the encryption in the form. The form builder should prompt them to get a key. Tell them to let Jotform system to generate the key as opposed to providing their own key.
Please get back to us if ever your client will encounter an error.
