I have a long-standing form from at least a year ago. We edited the form title and made a couple edits on the form just before 11/6/16. Now I can no longer see previous submissions. Is it because I edited the form title?
The original title was Individual Grant Designations (and I still have the integrated sheet with 150 responses). The new title is Individual Grant Designations 2016-2017 and it only shows the 14 submissions since 11/6/16. Can I get the previous submissions back?
Thanks.

Submissions will not be deleted if the form title is updated, if you delete one of the fields then only the data related to that field will be deleted , but not the entire submission.
I have checked your form and I can see you have indeed 14 submissions only, checking the history of your submissions I can see you have not deleted submissions from this form.
Also, checking the email history for that form I can see you have not received 150 responses, there are only 28 emails, half of them are auto-responders.
If you have the submissions in a spreadsheet then you could import them to your form, here's a guide about it: Import-App-Easily-import-your-Excel-or-CSV-data-into-JotForm
