Currently we only have a QR Code Reader widget, it allows your form users to scan a QC code and output it on a text box shown by the widget. It can only handle one input at a time. That widget also uses Flash and I believe mobile devices cannot ran Flash on mobile web browsers. We do not have a barcode reader widget. But I will forward this to our back-end team as a feature request. Please note that we cannot guarantee that this will be implemented, it depends on our developers current workload and its feasibility. We will update you on this thread as soon as we hear any news.
Thank you.

@dailearning2017 - Although this post is way back in Nov 2016, I'm seeing it's currently assigned to one of our Developers.
Just like what my colleague previously posted, although we have a QR Code Reader Widget, this widget uses flash so it won't work natively on most mobile browsers, thus the reason why we elevated this thread as a Feature Request for a possible addition of a barcode scanner/reader widget.
And now that you've replied to this thread, you should receive an email as well whenever there's an update here. If you wish to have your own separate thread escalated as a Feature Request, kindly post a new one here so we can address it.

Thank you for your interest.
There's still no update to the feature request. Please give this QR Code Reader widget a try. The widget can read QR codes into your form.
Hope that helps.

The barcode reader is now ready: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/barcode_scanner
Could you give it a try?
