Hi Team, to configure Egnyte integration do I need to be an Egnyte Administrator? or just a power user. When I complete the setup it gives me an error saying that 'Authentication Failed' even though i know the details are correct? Can anyone help. Rhys.

Hello,
Could you please read our user guide for detailed information about Egnyte integration? Then, please compare with yours.
If you still get the same error, feel free to reply this topic and please tell me more information about your problem.
Thanks.

Thanks. I have reviewed the documentation and seem to be doing everything correctly. I get all the way to the final step: 'Allow Access' - and then the response comes back "Authentication Failed! Please check your credentials."
My credentials are correct. The only thing I could think is that my Egnyte user account doesn't allow me to provide access to a third-party app? But I had our system admin try it, and it also didn't work.
Perhaps this is a setting within Egnyte itself?

Hello again,
I created a new account on Egnyte to solve your problem and I saw that if I write my Egnyte domain like jotform.egnyte.com, I get an error as you specify. The system may perceive it as "jotform.egnyte.com.egnyte.com" etc.
Could you please try filling that place only with your Egnyte account name without subdomain ".egnyte.com"
When I tried this, I succeeded to authenticate.
Please be sure that you give full access and permission for jotform on Egnyte.
We're sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please follow my way and then if the problem persists, reply this topic again?
Thank you!
