Could you let us know which form you are connecting with Zapier and to which application sending the form information so that we can try to replicate the issue and provide you with necessary assistance? It would be helpful if you can provide us with a screenshot of the issue on this thread.

All my forms seem to be at fault
100% problem with Booking Form 2016
affecting Zapier links with Evernote, Gmail, Agile, Xero and Google Calendar
Contacted Zapier and there response was "Looks like JotForm's API is returning errors to us right now. We're reaching out to them and we'll let you know as soon as we have more information about this."

Have just received email from Zapier
The issue with the errors on JotForm triggers has now been fixed, as of a few minutes ago. You shouldn't see it again going forward.
If you have any Zaps that were automatically paused because of the errors, you can turn them back on now. -
