We have two cases where applicant did not receive confirmation email for their teacher recommendation.
The person who writes the recommendation mentions the applicant's email at the recommendation form, so when he sends the form- the applicant is supposed to get an email [sent automatically by Jotform] that confirms that the recommendation form has been received.
Can you think of a reason why this automatic email won't work?
We are currently using you free plan, however we know for sure that at least one applicant already received this kind of confirmation email regarding his recommendation.
- I attach the link to our english version of the form because I guess you do not read Hebrew and the forms are identical besides the language, however, those two cases happend with the hebrew form.

I checked your e-mail address history and realized that every e-mails were sent. As you can see:
The notification e-mail was sent to you and you can see Applicant's E-mail and Recommender's Email that filled by user.
The autoresponder mails were sent to these e-mail addresses.
Please check "Spam" folder and click "Not Spam" button to move the e-mails to Inbox.
