Is there a way to connect your forms to a Google Drive Spreadsheet that's already been created?
Would really appreciate a response.

Hello,
Unfortunately, you can not integrate with Google Spreadsheet and Drive Folder that already exists.
But, If you want to integrate with the new one; there is more than one way to integrate Google Drive and Google Spreadsheet with JotFrom.
