Hi, I have a membership application form I use at the moment. I have created a jot form version of it but on the back of my old form I had some tick boxes that I used as reminders. When I create these as hidden fields, they don't appear on the PDF submission as they have don't have a value in them. Is tehre some way I can have these hidden fields appear on the PDF report for each submission? They are there in the CSV and Excel files as a column heading. Thanks.

You can include hidden fields in your PDF by following this:
1. Go to Submissions tab of your form:
2. Click gearbox on the right-hand side and uncheck Auto Hide Empty Fields:
When you do that all future submissions and PDFs will come with all fields included.
Let us know if this helps or if you have further questions.
Thank you!
