I've got a form that relays information to different departments based on their need to know. There are a couple different fields that should trigger emails. To specify a little more, I need to send an email to the relative dispatcher and their boss on every ticket, so I have a field that I always fill out and it sends to them, or rather it did until last week when I added some more functionality to the form. Let's call them group A
The second email recipient is our fleet management company. Sometimes I want them to do some heavy lifting so I forward them the information. I've added them in on a separate field condition to receive emails. Let's call them group B
The problem has become that if I send group B an email Group A no longer seems to be receiving the emails. I've determined this because I'm copied on all recipient group email lists.
Please help!
Thank you!

The recipient emails of the email notification are being overridden by conditions. It means that all the intended recipients should be listed within your conditions. The email recipients within a condition should be separated by comma.
Example:
recipient1@example.com,recipient2@example.com
If this is not the case, please let us know. Thank you.
