    Hi ahavastorahsimchahall,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. You can easily add collaborators to your forms and allow them to edit the forms. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Collaborators button on the top right of the page.
    2. Click on Copy Link and share it with your colleagues. That's it!

    You can check this guide about Understanding Form Collaboration. You can share the collaborator link with specific users and they will be able to edit the form.

    For Standard Plans (Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) you can only add 1 user per team. You can only add multiple users to a team under the Enterprise plan. The only 1 user limit is kept so that the Standard Plan users will be able to see how the Teams feature works. You might want to check our Jotform Teams Frequently Asked Questions on this page.
