    The form:

    VAA Best Buddies Supplies Request

When I go into edit the form I can see all the fields that need to be filled out. But when someone goes to complete the form it does not show all the fields. How do I fix this problem?

    Hi Adrienne,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have reviewed your form and currently, you have a conditional logic that is causing the issue as shown in the screenshot.

As you can see from the conditional logic, the field Items to be ordered will only be shown once it is filled up but since by default it is not filled up, the field is hidden which makes it not possible to be filled up. I suggest you disable/delete this conditional logic. Here's how to do it:

    • In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    • Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
    • Hover your cursor over the conditional logic and click on the Gear icon on the right side.
    • Click on Disable/Delete.

Also, show/hide fields doesn't work on the form owner when editing the form since all submission data must be visible for the form owner.
