    How can I send an email to all contact people on the document submission list?

    Hi Maureen Kelly,

    Thanks for contacting Jotform support. I want to make sure I understand your question correctly. Are you seeking a feature within JotForm to send emails simultaneously to all the individuals who filled out the form? If yes, unfortunately, we do not have that feature. As a workaround, you can manually use the action buttons on your table to send emails to selected addresses. Let me show you how:

    • In My Forms, select the form, and then click on the Submissions tab.
    • In Jotform Tables, add a new column.
    • In the Add a New Column window, select Buttons from the top menu.
    • Click on Send Email, and then click on Next.
    • Enter the column name, and then click Next. That's it; you can now manually send emails.
