No widgets in my form are working. I am not using this form in any hosted website. This is the initial stage of my website.
Its working when I preview it directly from Jotform but when I copy the code and paste on Dreamweaver and then when view it on browser , it's not working.

Hello,
Could you please tell us which widget does not work?
I've tried your form on my side. I've added "Dynamic textbox" and "Dynamic Dropdowns" widgets in order to test your form. I've seen that your form is working properly as you can see the screen below:
Also, please find the notification email of your form below:
Could you please give us more details about your issue?
Thanks.

Umm.. URL .. That's just a HTML page which is not hosted. I can send you whole file, there is no URL. My website is in initial stage. Once the forms are complete, I will get a domain name and host it.

Hi Ana,
Widgets are not working on local. That is why you are unable to function them. However, there should be an easy way to test them on a local host if you are a Mac user.
http://www.linuxjournal.com/content/tech-tip-really-simple-http-server-python
Please check this guide above. What simply happens here is that the localhost reaches to your codes on your local folders. It acts like a web server and goes live with your codes. So, you will be able to test how the widgets run on your website through your JotForm.
It might sound too technical but I guess you can use this feature on Mac. Please check this and see if it is applicable for you.
Please contact us whenever you need assistance. We will be glad if we can be of any help.
