it was working fine but now just keeps asking me to confirm logon? it wont go past this screen?

We are sorry for the issue you have been experiencing.
Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the same issue. As you can see at following video, I was successfully pass the steps on the application.
I think you tried it with IE. Could you please confirm if you encounter this issue with also other browsers? If not, please try with them, too. You may also need to clear your browser caches.
Please also be sure that you enter your login credentials correctly.
Please let us know if the issue still persist even after you apply my suggestions. -

Yes thanks the problem is with the Browser it works fine in Chrome but not in Internet Explorer.
for me this not an issue as I use both regularly.
