Yes, you can make a form that provides users to save and return later to complete it.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Click "Preferences" in Setup&Embed tab.
2. After that, click "Advanced" and find the "Continue Forms Later" option. Make it "Enable". Finally click "Save Changes" button.
You can see the result in the video below:
Your form is a long form. If you need to use Page Break tool in the future, you can also use this option "Continue Forms Later" in Preferences.

- In Form Builder, go to the Settings tab on the orange navigation bar.
- Go to Form Settings, and click on Show More Options.
- Go to Save and Continue Later and enable it.
