Unfortunately, I do not have good news for you. Those submission were not restored by our developers. The only way to find the notification e-mail for them and import those data to submission page or edit them manually.

Currently, only the individual who is submitting a registration receives a notification email from JotForm. Therefore, there's nothing we can do to restore the submissions.

It looks like the data for those submissions may be lost. Were there payments received for those submissions? If so, the email address for the submitter may have been included in the payment details. That may be the only way to get some of the data for those submissions.
