Hello Support
I am struggling to stop the Radio Buttons on my form defaulting to the wrong option! No matter what I do, it defaults to 'STUDENT' I want it to default to 'NORMAL' but I can't make this work! Any clues how to fix this, please? The problem does not seem to be browser specific - I have checked 5 different.

Hi,
I'm checking your form but it is not defaulting on any of the listed radio button:
Upon checking your account and form, there's no default item selected:
I also noticed that you have enabled the option "Continue Forms Later" in Preferences. Please note that this is an auto fill feature, you can learn more about this in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature.
The auto fill feature is one possible reason why your radio button is defaulting to "STUDENT", you might have filled out the form and did not click the submit button. The auto fill feature will automatically prepopulate your fields based from the last input you made.
You can try clearing your form's cache and your browser's cache. See if you'll still have problems.
I hope that helps.

Thank you for your prompt response. The reason I had NO default selected was that I was experimenting to see if THAT function works - it didn't. However, your 'auto-fill' point is well made and it might be the reason. Is there any way you know that I can clear the auto-fill feature in my Browser, Chrome? Just to make sure that this is the problem.

Please follow this guide on how to clear the autofill data in your browser: How to Disable and Clear AutoFill Info in your Browser
Now to disable the autofill on your form, first click on the Preferences button.
Then select Advanced, and set the Continue Forms Later to Disabled.
Please let us know if the issue still persists.
Regards.
