How can I see the email address of the sender that completed the form for submission?

In order to see the email address of the sender you need to have an email field and set it as required.
Also, you can add the confirmation email just to be sure that the user email match to the first one. Here's how:
1. Click the Properties of the Email field of your form.
2. In the General tab, enable the Required Submission. In the Options tab, enable the Confirmation Text Box.
