Hello,
I'm trying to use the clone feature to save myself a lot of work duplicating many conditions on a form. Basically, I have a form created and I need to duplicate that form 3x, for a total of four forms on which the question fields are identical, but the picture is different.
I am trying to clone the original form and just swap out the picture. However, when I test this, the submission data for the cloned form appears with the submission data for the original form, such that I cannot tell which is which. They do appear to have different URLs:
Original form:https://form.jotform.com/62276035648157
Cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/62744201814147
Is there a way for me to make it so that the submission data is separated for cloned forms?
**Note that I am also going to link all of these forms together, so the original and cloned forms both link to another form before the user is finished.
Thanks for any help you can provide!

You can rename the form title as well as its page name.
https://www.jotform.com/help/179-How-to-change-the-Title-Name-of-your-Form
https://www.jotform.com/help/373-How-to-Change-the-Page-Title-of-the-Form
Then make sure your subject line in the email reflects this name.
This method allows you to identify which forms the submissions are made. Of course, make sure you are submitting to the correct form because it is impossible that the submissions in Form X will go to Form Y.
Now, you seem to have deleted the cloned form. It's called the Graph #2 in your trash folder. Please re-check. You may have submitted the data on the original form.
