I just tested the form and I am not receiving the notification emails. Can you help with this?

I had asked this question yesterday. The response was not accurate. I created tests to my own inbox on several email accounts. I checked SPAM in all. Email notification doesn't come in. Unfortunately, I believe the person that answered this email is in another time zone and that it is after midnight where he is. I'm hoping for a response today so that I can get this fixed. He suggested deleting the email notification. I know how to erase the content or write over, but can you tell me how to delete it? Thank you.
