Hello Hans,
Your free account with username bredensebruinvissen had already exceeded the allowed submission limit for the month.
This was the reason your form http://form.jotformeu.com/62413984766366 now shows the form over quota message.
You can resolve this with:
- Wait for next month when submission counter resets. It will reset on 1st day of each month.
- Upgrade your subscription to the next higher plan for expanded limits. Once you upgrade it will take effect immediately and your account and forms will be activated.
