For customers using "Person Accounts" the ability for your forms to detect duplicates for accounts using "email" like it does on "contact" and "lead" would be very helpful!

    Hi createfertility,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The new Salesforce Integration allows users to select which fields will be used to match. There are two options, Find an existing record and Create or Update a record. The Find an existing record will create one if there's nothing found. The Create a record will find an existing record and update it and if there's none, it will create a new record. See the image below:

Here's how to add the integration:

    1. On the Form Builder page, go to the Settings tab at the top navigation bar.
    2. Open the Integration tab on the left.
    3. Select Salesforce.

    4. Click on the Authenticate button.
    5. In the Salesforce Integration settings, you'll find the option to select Create or update a record or Find a record.
    6. Select the necessary fields to map then click on the Save Action button to finish.

That's it! Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
