Two posts (at least) have good embed codes, but the forms are suddenly gone. Tried re-embedding, and no dice.

Hi,
Those forms are associated with the account username njamhssports. The form is not displaying on the website because the account has reached its monthly form view limits. To learn more about the form view limit, you can check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/355-Form-View-Limits-What-is-it-all-about
Here's a screenshot of it:
The account is on Bronze plan, it has a limit of 10,000 monthly form views, however, the account has already exceeded that limit. The account now has 13,513 form views out of the 10,000 limit for the current subscription plan.
Please note that when a limit has been reached or exceeded, then all the forms will automatically be disabled. Please contact the owner of the form to resolve this. I believe emails were sent to the account user when he/she is near the limit or have already exceeded.
To continue using the forms, you can wait for the monthly limit to reset which happens every 1st day of the month. Or the user can upgrade to a higher subscription plan with a higher form view limits.
Let us know if you need further assistance on this.
