How to create a Form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can create a new form from your My Forms page once you've already logged into your Jotform account. Let me show you how:

1. On the My Forms page, click on the Create Form button.

2. Click the Start From Scratch option.

3. Then select Classic Form. You will be redirected to the Form Builder afterward.

4. Add elements to your form by clicking the Add Form Elements menu on the left side of the page.

5. Select the element and drag and drop it to the form.
