Yes, you can provide a link inside one of your forms so that your users can open other forms in different browser tabs and fill them out at the same time. If this is what you were asking about, you can simply use a Text field to provide your clickable links to other forms:
I see that you are already using a Text field, but in your case, the problem is the links that were entered - both links seems to have been entered as "https://www.jotform.com/", which is why they will send you to your form listing.
To update these links with the links to your desired forms, simply click on your Text field's Edit HTML button, click on the link, and then use the chain-shaped icon from the toolbar to edit the URL this link should be pointing to. Please refer to the following image for visual guidance:
