It looks your account is in bounce list. I have removed you from bounce list.
You should be receive your mails.

i try to test the notification with fill the form, but is't still same result, notification email doesnt sent to my email. this my url form

Apparently, your email ended in Bounce list again and the reason is below:
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.9 Message not accepted for policy reasons.I removed your email from our Bounce list so you will be able to receive submissions.
Could you please check this guide on how to prevent this issue and also I would recommend Whitelisting our domains.
