I understand that you are concern about the security of the data submissions. Please take note that all of the form submissions are using SSL. It is transmitted securely with a 256 bit high-grade encryption. It means that the data is encrypted during the transmission and cannot be interrupted by anyone else. We have a SSL certificate that uses SHA256 /w RSA. (https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=secure.jotform.com)
Please check this helpful thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/333046. Also, JotForm is PCI DSS compliant. We have PCI Service Provider Level 2 certificate. You may also check our privacy and terms of use page.
If you have any specific questions about security, please let us know. Thank you.
