I have checked the email address that you're using in your forms and I can see it is not in our bounce list which is one of the reasons why emails do not send.
I have also tested this form https://www.jotform.com/form/62443844549161 and I can see the email was successfully sent, here is a screenshot from the log:

I would also suggest you to white-list our IP addresses so you ensure emails being blocked because of any security filter: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
