Hi Jotters
this is quite difficult to explain, but I want users to be able to add a group of fields if they need to. so for example I would have 4 fields (____ denotes fields)
Priority 1
Item _____
Activity_____
Budget_____
Outputs_____
Outcomes_____
{button that user presses to repeat this group of fields}
when this button is pressed the following would appear:
Priority 2
Item _____
Activity_____
Budget_____
Outputs_____
Outcomes_____
Do you think that would be possible?
Thanks,

What I would suggest you is to use a widget, there are some widgets that will allow you to duplicate multiple fields, you only need to set the fields to show initially and then the button to add another set of fields will be displayed in the form too.
Here are the links to the widgets where you will also find a demo form for each widget:

This guide will help you to add a widget to your form:

You can also modify the widget's layout with custom CSS codes and if you need help with this, please do note hesitate to contact us and we will be glad to help you.
