had to lower the top of the form to accommodate the art, but the bottom of the form is not off the page in builder and you cannot edit the fields there. https://form.jotform.com/62438555449971

I have cloned your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue inside of Form Builder.
This is happening because of the Custom CSS code that you have added to your form.
.form-all {
top: 130px;
}
Once you remove that CSS code your form will no longer be off the page.
You can add the CSS code back, when you finish with editing.
Here is my cloned form without mentioned CSS code: https://form.jotform.com/62441896580969
Feel free to clone it.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Please respond to pardop1@aol.com, not fawcettB@nbps.org-I will be making the dits to the form. If i remove the css code that lowers the form overlay, then the logo is in the with the words fine arts on the background and does not look good. This would not be an appropriate solution. Further, i've used that code before and it lowers the form wo causing it to flow of the page in form builder.

I'm sorry but form is part of this account so we need to answer through this thread.
Since you moved the whole form for 130px to bottom, I don't see how you can bring it up and avoid to overlap the background image. Is it an option to move the image maybe down since it is transparent so it will maybe look better if it is in the middle of the form?
I'll try to find some other way if it is possible.
Please let us know.
Thank you!
