Hello,
I am trying to change the appearance of my form and it is not working. Is this because my account is free?
*I've tried saving and everything, no changes.

The advanced design editor should work for Free accounts as well. I cloned your form and tested it in the Form Designer. During my tests, I was unable to replicate your issue. The changes I made on the Designer were saved successfully to the form.

Can you please clear your form cache and your browser cache to refresh the form? If the issue still persists after clearing the cache, please let us know.
