Hello belloyususf,
I did check your account and found that you only have "839" submissions. The submissions which is stored in your account is from August 11, 2016. I would suggest you to please check your submission emails which you have received and let us know from which date you are missing the submissions. You may also like to share a screenshot of the submission email which you are unable to find in form's submission page. Yes, you can remove the notification email from your form. While editing your form, click on the "Emails" tab. From there, mouse over your email notification and click on "Delete":
This will remove the email notification for your form. If you would like to add it back at a later time, simply click "Create New Email" from the same location.
