1. Even if I preface a calculation field with a "$", it sometimes doesn't show up. How can I fix this? See field "Client Net Income Needed" on my form.
2. How can I display and manipulate currency fields? I saw an entry in the forum to use "Validate/Currency", but for some numeric fields, I don't have an option to validate the field. See "Client Monthly Desired Retirement Income" on my form.

I have tested your form in most major browsers and it seems the field "Client Net Income Needed" which is a Form Calculation widget is showing the "$" by default or even during computation.
Can you provide us some instances where you're not seeing the "$" in the field, please?

I'm afraid "Validation - Currency" is an option only available for Textbox field and not for Number field. If you really need to set a validation for your field, I suggest you use a Textbox field instead.
You can also use the Textbox field in your Form Calculation widget for computation just like the Number field.
I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us anytime. Thank you.
