I'm either doing this wrong or mistated the question before.
Trying to do a report whereby my employee can open a single form, fill in data, then when he hits submit the data related to each various client goes to them (and not the data NOT related to them) for example
REPORT DATE/ TIME
12:00am CLIENT A: uh liuhliurhiluh rliuhrliruhliruh rilurh ilruh reliuh ilruh ilw hwi;uhr f;
12:15am CLENT B: ouhreliuhrliurhliwru hliruh rilurh liruh liuh
12:35am CLIENT C: uhrfliurh ilruhli uhe liuhe; ieouhe;oieh;o eih
12:50am CLIENT A: iuhrli urhliruh iluhfe;ioeug ;oegh eiugh eileufhg
1:05am CLIENT C: ouehliuehli uehlie uheli u heiluhe ilueh lieuh
and so on for remainder of shift
SUBMIT
CLient A recives an emailed report which would look like this:
REPORT DATE / TIME
12:00am CLIENT A: uh liuhliurhiluh rliuhrliruhliruh rilurh ilruh reliuh ilruh ilw hwi;uhr f;
12:50am CLIENT A: iuhrli urhliruh iluhfe;ioeug ;oegh eiugh eileufhg
Eliminating all other reference to other data not pertaining to client A. Other clients B and C would receive similar reports, showing only the data referenced to them, excluding all else.
I might be missing something though...

I cloned your following form and tested on my side but I was not able to duplicate the same issue. Here is the notification screen shot. There is also no sign causing this issue on settings.

Yes, you can send me a test submission, but that isn't going to help. I am asking how it can BE set up to do what I'm asking...not that the form I already have is somehow not functioning properly...I already know that it is not.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I might be not figured out what you want exactly.
Could you please provide us some more details about your request and the issues you have been experiencing in order to avoid any further inconvenient situation and to help you in a better way.
As I checked your form, you have two drop down fields for client. Do you mean if these two dropdown selection are different ( lets say one is client A and the other is client B ), send each of them an e-mail including only related data for Client A and do not send rest of the form to that client and similarly for client B? or what else?
It would be good to know your work flow to handle your concern.
