Estou tendo algumas queixas sobre pessoas que não estão recebendo o email de auto resposta, há alguma forma de confirmar se foi enviado esse email?
E aproveitando o contato, posso criar alguma rotina para responder às submissões que não receberam o email ?
Obrigado novamente pela agilidade e atenção em atender, fora essas queixas quanto ao recebimento do email estamos muito satisfeitos com o serviço oferecido por vocês.

We don't have a tool to check if the user received the autoresponder email or not. I opened your form and did a test submission. I entered my email address in the email field and submit the form. I was able to receive the autoresponder email in my Google Mail. Here's a screenshot:
I would advised you to ask your users to check their spam mails or junk folders. It is possible that the email address they entered is blocking JotForm emails. They may need to white-list our mail servers, here's a guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
You can use a third party services like Mandrill. This web app allows you to check how many emails were sent out or whether the emails were opened or not. Here's a helpful guide: How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address
