Hi,
In my preferences, I've selected "Enabled" status for my "Credit Card Authorization - AmL Travel" form. Yet, when I test out the link to the survey, it gives me the error noted above: "Form not found: This form is disabled."
Further, when I tried emailing the link using the "Share Form" -> Email function under "Publish", entered the email to send to and captcha information, I get an "Oops.. Reached your limits" pop-up upon hitting send.Why is this happening, and can you help me with this error?

This is because your account has been disabled, this happened because you're asking for Credit Card info in one of your forms.

Please do note that asking for Credit Card information goes against our terms and this is why your account has been suspended, in order to re-activate your account I had to remove the guilty fields from your form.
