Wanted to see if this is possible.
I currently have 3 membership forms using authorize.net as a processor. I have some subscribers that sometimes want to "upgrade" to a higher package.
Is there anyway to create something that would allow them to upgrade and moving their data to the appropriate form? These are my 3 forms

So if I understand you correctly you mean you wish to try to create a sort of advanced subscription system with your forms to allow you or your users to move the form subscriptions to a higher (or lower ) plan level, correct?
Because you have this set up across three different forms I'm not so sure that this would be possible as far as I know because their information is already stored on those associated forms and it would be better to just cancel and subscribe on the one they want.
The only way aside from that to move around data like that would be using prepopulation from one form to another but to do this you would have to have a main form then send that to whichever plan form you want. You could potentially take that and then edit or move them around theoretically depending on the edited submission choices possibly.
Alternatively, it's also possible to move it by exporting submissions and reimporting them with our data importer but if they have a subscription it wouldn't cancel it and they would end up with a duplicate since that only moves the data and not the subscription that was already sent.
