Hi there,
I have created a form with a calculator and stripe connect, but it is not working properly:
However, I have checked the fields:
"Use commas for decimal point." in calculator
and "Decimal Separator:comma" in stripe widget.
Why is it not working? Please find the URL of my form: https://form.jotformeu.com/62285290926361?idbooking=108&importeDe7=1,50
Thanks!

The Stripe custom input is accepting dots instead of commas as decimal symbol. Please try with a forwarded dot instead:

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for your answer. Yes, I have seen this, but my client are thinking that they are paying hundreds or thousands instead of the amount... Any other workaround?

Can you pleas clarify wat is not working properly?
The example by Mike uses dot as the decimal symbol already.

Are you saying you cannot use the same? Please provide more details and we will check further .
Thanks.
