I have created a the jotform tab on our Facebook page but every single form I have active shows up there. I have some forms I am looking to create for internal use only but don't want them visible on our facebook page. Can I choose to have some forms only visible on facebook and others not?

I have checked your Facebook page and I can see there is only one form, it is currently disabled:
When you integrate a JotForm to your Facebook page it should show the form that you want only, you can choose this form, here is a guide about it too: Adding-a-Form-to-Your-Facebook-Page
Could you please try removing and adding the form once again to your Facebook page?
If possible, please share us a screenshot about the form on your tab, and let us know too when it is there so we can check the tab and find why it is showing all your forms instead.
This guide will help you to include an image on your next reply: How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum

Every form I make shows up on our facebook page. Not just facebook specific ones.

Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing? Upon checking your FB page, I can see only two forms are there:
