Hello,
I created a dinner meeting form and cloned it to use as a seminar reservation form. All looks great except when a person signs up for the seminar, the email which comes back to use says it is a new dinner meeting reservation and not a seminar reservation. I have made the form name changes but I am not sure how to resolve the email receipt name.

I have checked the email for your forms and I can see it is the same for both.
To change this first click on the email icon, you will find it on the top toolbar while on the Form Builder, then update the email content there, replace the current title with the updated one.
If you need it to be the same title like the one on the form, you should use this variable "{form_title}" which will dynamically change if the form title is changed so you do not need to update it each time a change is made to the form.
