Hello we have resumes and cover letters being submitted via JotForm. After we click on the link to view PDF files we are given this error message. We've had this issue before, and it was fixed but we've now had it happen a second time.

I checked your account and I was able to open the uploaded PDF files. I tried the latest submission and the oldest one, it was successful. I didn't get the Access Denied error message.
May I know if this is only happening on only 1 submission? If yes, can you please guide us what is the submission ID of the uploaded file that you cannot open?

If you see the AccessDenied error for individual submission, unfortunately, it means that the file was not properly uploaded. The issue might be caused by problems with user's internet connection, browser, corrupted file or something else.
Please ask the form user to re-submit their entry.
