You can see all the invoices of your payments from the ACCOUNT->BILLING page
At the bottom you will see a VIEW link next to the INVOICES
Please let us know if you require additional information.

Have you cancelled your subscription already? That could be the reason why you see upgrade link.
What is your JotForm account username or the email address you have used in your account profile? I am unable to find any details with your email address sfevrier@bowiestate.edu. Alternatively you can also let us know any form your form ID / form URL or webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.
We will wait for your response.

I did check your account with username "careerdevelopment" and you seems to only have a free account. You can still check your invoices from your account page. Please check the screenshot below:
